We will make sure all questions and concerns regarding the session are answered and discuss wardrobe to create a cohesive look for your photos.
Step 3. SESSION DAY
After setting up my equipment in your office space, it's time for pictures. I provide prompts and poses to make sure you're never left wondering what to do in front of the camera.
Step 4. RECEIVE YOUR IMAGES
Your professionally edited images will be delivered via an online gallery. From there, you can download and share.

Team Headshots
You’ll receive a minimum of 10 unique high-resolution images with multiple backdrop colors to choose from.
Images are delivered in a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your favorites.
On-site service includes travel and professional lighting setup.
Individual Headshot
Give your team a polished, consistent look without asking everyone to travel. I’ll bring the setup to your workplace and photograph the entire team on site.
Team headshots begin with a $250 setup fee, plus $150 per person photographed.

I have a portable studio and will come to your office or another prearranged location to photograph you and your team. A travel fee may apply for offices outside of the Jacksonville/Beaches area. Please inquire for details.

If you would like help with wardrobe, I'm happy to discuss your brand and choosing an outfit that is cohesive with your brand. I recommend clothing that makes you feel confident and comfortable. Solid colors, simple patterns, and well fitted clothes tend to photograph beautifully. I recommend bringing a few options so we can choose what works best with your goals and the setting.
Yes. Most professionals like natural retouching that minimizes temporary blemishes and distractions while keeping your skin looking like your skin. My goal is a polished portrait, not an overly retouched version of you.
