Your professionally edited images will be delivered via an online gallery. From there, you can download and share.

No stiff poses. No pressure to be anything other than yourselves. I’ll gently guide you into natural movement and interactions so your photos feel real, relaxed, and full of life. Whether your kids are wild, shy, or somewhere in between, we work with it, not against it. Sessions are playful, easygoing, and built around your family’s energy.
From helping you choose outfits to picking the perfect location, I’ll walk you through every step so you feel confident and prepared. I will assist with location selection in the Jacksonville area, offer guidance on outfit selection, and answer any and all questions On the day of your session, you just show up and love on your people, and ’ll take care of the rest.

Ready to book?
Extended Family PHotos
An extended family session includes multiple generations or family groups and typically lasts about an hour and a half. You’ll receive all of your high-resolution images in both color and black and white with a minimum of 90 beautifully edited photos. Your gallery is presented online in a private gallery where you can easily view, download, and share your images with loved ones.

Jacksonville has no shortage of amazing places for family photos, but if you have a special location in mind outside of Jax, I’m happy to travel. A travel fee may apply depending on the distance, so just reach out and I can give you the details.

What you wear can make a big difference in how your photos feel. Aim for outfits that coordinate without matching. Think complementary colors, simple patterns, natural textures, and layers that add a little interest. Neutral and earthy tones photograph beautifully, but don’t be afraid to bring in color if it feels like you. Try to avoid large logos, neon colors, and anything overly busy that might pull attention away from your family.
Family photo sessions can take place at a variety of beautiful locations throughout Jacksonville and the Beaches. Some of my favorite spots include Jacksonville Beach, Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park, Big Talbot Island and Boneyard Beach, Neptune Beach Town Center, and quieter areas around Ponte Vedra Beach. I also love photographing families somewhere that feels personal, like your own backyard, a favorite neighborhood, or another place that already holds memories for your family.
I’m always happy to help you choose the best Jacksonville family photo location based on the look you want, the ages of your kids, and the overall feel of your session.
For outdoor family photography, the best light is typically during the hour or so before sunset or after sunrise. The softer light during these times is especially beautiful at the beach and helps avoid the harsh shadows and bright sun we often have in Florida during the middle of the day.

What happens if it rains on the day of our family photo session?
Florida weather can be unpredictable, so I'll keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your session. A little cloud cover can actually create beautiful light, but if the weather truly won’t cooperate, we’ll work together to reschedule your Jacksonville family photo session.
Do you photograph visiting families on vacation in Jacksonville Beach?
Absolutely. Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra Beach are beautiful places for vacation family photos. If your family is visiting Northeast Florida, we can plan a relaxed beach session while everyone is together and give you something much better to take home than another souvenir.
